We are excited to be hosting our first Derbyshire NHS Apprentice online ‘off the job’ event for current apprentices! This will be held on Microsoft Teams and will be available for all apprentices and managers working in Health and Social Care settings across Derbyshire. Aimed at non-clinical apprentices, who do not always have access to events and training to support their off the job learning, these 3 hours can be included in your log! We would welcome attendees from community, primary care, social care and trusts.
This event will be a great opportunity to share best practice, top tips for apprentices, off the job learning awareness, career progression and pathways as well as time to share experiences and skills from previous apprentices, such as networking and time management. There will be opportunities to ask questions and get expert advice.
Agenda:
11-12 – Opportunity for managers to ask questions about apprenticeships, requirements, and the plan for Joined Up Care Derbyshire as an ICB.
12.15-2pm Guest speakers and expert advice. Topics including networking, time management, library services and careers.
A great event to book on for all apprentices who need support collating their off the job hours!
