These ALS have been set up as a foundation for PCN managers to offer peer support. They will be held once per month starting from November 2020 until March 2021, via Zoom and facilitated by Lisa Soultana, Primary Care Associate. The first ALS in November will be for 2 hours, and the following months will be for 1.5 hours.
ALS are structured sessions that enable small groups (PCN Development Managers) to address challenging and complex issues, by meeting on a regular basis and working together to explore and resolve their issues.
Thursday 21st January will cover- PCN Development. ARRS
Monday 22nd February will cover-Service delivery against PCN specs.
