The programme comprises:
• 4 days of live training for furthering Practice Nurses’ Leadership development.
• Personal self-awareness and development, including use of MBTI preferences with qualified facilitator, personal leadership style, managing through change, influencing others, developing resilience and wellbeing for self and others
• Practice Nurse coaching and mentoring skills development (introduction to leading through others’ skills and managing difficult conversations, 2 days or equivalent).
