Enhance your knowledge and skill in the management of blood pressure, cholesterol and HbA1c for patients with diabetes.
The study morning includes the latest national guidelines and evidence base in respect of treatment options and recommendations for application into clinical work.
The face-to-face morning will be interactive with small group work and facilitated by Clinical Pharmacist Carmen Villegas-Galvez and GP Kriss Owen.
They both work locally in practices in Derbyshire and can help you translate national and local guidelines into real life practice to inspire you to support your patients to make lifestyle changes and adhere to treatment plans which will help them keep healthy and prevent complications.
They plan to cover everything you need to know about managing lipids in one morning.
The session content has been designed by Eden (Effective Diabetes Education Now). and is accredited and you will receive an attendance certificate.
