Feedback from our face to face training events has been extremely positive but these events are also significantly more costly to run. We have unfortunately experienced up to 40% of delegates not coming and not cancelling, so we cannot give their place to another delegate on the waiting list. Please make sure you have study leave agreed when booking the course. Delegates who do not attend or cancel their place in a timely manner (or notify us on the day in the case of illness) may be charged the cost of their place on the course which is £25-50.
