This introductory course is aimed at delegates who are new to mentoring and coaching or who want to review core skills.
Core concepts covered will include exploring the nature of the mentoring or coaching relationship, creating a safe space for supportive conversations, using a model or framework to support the client to reach their goal (TGROW) and developing excellent listening and questioning skills.
The course includes 3 hours of pre-course work and a full day of either face to face or virtual experiential learning in small groups. All delegates will receive a certificate of attendance.

Great for a cohort of individuals who would like a taster in mentoring and coaching.
Delegates will also gain some useful skills to enhance many types of professional and personal conversations.
