We have two mental health nurses currently with us on placement at Health Education Derbyshire. On the 8th December they will be running an hour long session on Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPB)
Personality disroders affect 1 in 5 people within the UK. It’s pretty likely someone you know or a patient you work with could be experiencing the effects of this disorder.
The training is aimed at all primary care staff, and covers:
- What is Emotionally Unstable Personality disorder (EUPD), and what are the causes
- The stigma around EUPD
- Key points around working with individuals with EUPD
- Please note that this session will not be a treatment guideline.
