Health Education Derbyshire has been working alongside the CCG to develop Heart Failure Masterclasses

The 1st session "Getting the Diagnosis of Heart Failure right" will take place on the 20th January 2022. 

 This Event will provide a one hour presentation followed by an open 30 minute Q & A session

Key Learning Objectives:

  • When to suspect and initial investigations in primary care
  • Diagnosis ( including HFpEF vs HFrEF)
  • When to refer and when NOT to refer
  • Whom to refer (one stop HF clinic and co20th mmunity HF service)
  • How to refer (TN- cardiology referral forms, A&G)
