Opening up difficult conversations and dealing with them effectively can be very challenging, time-consuming and energy-sapping. This course will teach the skills and techniques to deal effectively with problem behaviour in a direct but non-confrontational manner. The focus of this session will be on identifying and managing specific behaviours in order to build productive relationships and boost performance.
Participants will learn strategies to:
- Identify different personalities and behaviour patterns
- Understand how they respond to challenging situations
- Put into practise a structure to handle difficult conversations
- Manage a range of difficult issues, including underperformance and low morale
